User types in Merit Aktiva
There are three types of users in Merit Aktiva:
Master user
Full-rights (paid) additional user
Limited-rights (free) additional user
The rights and capabilities of each user type are described below.
Master user
The master user is the company's primary user, who has full rights to use the program. The licence is tied to the master user.
Rights:
Can perform all actions in all menus.
Can invite new users to the company, both free and paid.
Can assign and manage user rights.
Each company can only have one master user.
Full-rights (paid) additional user
The full-rights additional user is a paid user whose rights are set by the master user. A full-rights additional user can only be added in the Aktiva Pro and Premium packages.
Rights and restrictions:
Can perform all actions the master user has granted access to.
Cannot add new users or change other users' rights.
Can work in all modules (e.g. Sales, Purchases, Finance, Stock) according to their assigned rights.
Limited-rights (free) additional user
The limited-rights user is a free additional user, and there can be an unlimited number of them in a company.
Rights and restrictions:
Can use the functions in the Sales menu:
creating and correcting sales invoices
adding and editing customers and articles
sales-related settings and reports
Can perform all activations that require authentication.
Cannot create the following documents:
quotes
sales orders
prepayment invoices
overdue interest invoices
